So as I start these next 21 days, I will be needed the accountability from you! You can check out my FB page and see daily updates on my journey. My goals from these 21 days are to learn better portion control and learn the proper foods that my body needs each day. I've already realized I eat too much fruit! :-( Fruit is loaded with sugar, albeit natural sugars, it's still sugar and you CAN overdo it if you're trying to lose weight and/or build muscle.
Here is a look into a day of the 21 Day Fix....it's still a lot more food than you think!
chicken, feta, & greek vinaigrette dressing lots of cinnamon
cheese sauce, brown rice and coconut crusted tilapia

p.s. I highly recommend investing a Tervis tumbler! I'm kinda obsessed with mine and they're a great way to make sure you're drinking enough water!
