Soooo the 3 Day Refresh was kind of a bust. Yep, I failed. I went really strong the first 2 days then the second night I lost it. I know, soooo close to the end. I’ll be honest it’s (obviously) a super hard program! I remember when I did it the first time being hard but not like this! Ya’ll….I’m just like you! Just because I’m a health and fitness coach it doesn’t make my journey perfect. I’m far from it and I fail too. Every day.
I still kept track of my progress and did feel like I lost a little bloat. (*does it count that it made it harder bc I started my period during this?! 😁 ) Excuses I know! 😔
Overall, I think the refresh is a great program to do before a big event or vacay but be warned….it’s difficult. Be mentally prepared. I think overall you have to listen to your body and if necessary up your calorie intake.
I’m sorry…..I really love meat. 🍔🍗 And cheese.🍞 It’s all about balance ya’ll!
