This move can be modified a couple different ways-you can do the push ups on your knees and/or instead of jumping back into a plank position, you can step back. Just make sure you keep you core tight and your body straight in line. This is definitely a full body exercise! Did you know that high intensity exercise like burpees can burn up to 50% more fat than moderate exercising?!
To start out, stand in a squat position and hop to the ground in a plank going into a pushup. Jump back up into a squat position and turn 180 degrees and repeat. Try doing it for one minute!
