1) Rocketman - lay on your stomach with your chest lifted high, with your glutes squeezed lift your legs off the ground bringing your arms straight back like your shooting in the air and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold this position for 1 min. When you start getting tired, focus on squeezing different parts of your body.
2) Superman flutters - this exercise strengthens your lower back and core muscles as you use them to lift your arms and legs off the ground. Rotate flutters with right leg/left arm and left leg/right arm. Perform for 1 min.
3) Bird dog - get on all four with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Steadily lift your right arm and left leg fully extended. This will work your back muscles, balance, and even your abs! This move can be advanced by getting in a full pushup position and repeating the move!

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. walnut
Cut bananas into slices and freeze for 1.5 hours.
Add to a food processor with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla.
Top with walnuts and enjoy!
