Today we are starting out basic with LUNGES-one of the best booty and leg exercise you can do! Lunges can improve full body strength, stability and balance, and even your core. These are exercises you can add to your routine or start if you are jumping back on the band wagon. Make sure your knee doesn't go over your toes (stick your butt out!) and try to keep a flat back. Form is more important than speed!
It starts out with lunges for Beginners: NO weights: suggest 12-15 each side, 2-3 sets. Intermediate: add a touch the floor and raise knee (optional add light ankle weights) 12-15 reps, 3-5 sets. Advanced: add a jump 15-20 each side, 5-6 reps.

It only takes 21 days to create a habit, make it the best habit of your life!
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 5 large cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons grassfed butter
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Heat a pot of boiling water.
Chop cauliflower into small pieces.
Add cauliflower, salt, and garlic (leave 1/2 a clove for later) to boiling water and let boil for about 10 min or until soft.
Once cooked, drain.
Add cauliflower, 2 tbsp butter, pepper, leftover garlic and nutmeg to food processor.
Blend well and top with fresh chives! Ready to serve!
