I've had a bunch of people asking me for kale recipes so I wanted to share my favorite…kale chips!
a few handfuls of fresh kale
Preheat oven to 375.
Spread kale on baking sheet.
Drizzle with evoo and worcestershire.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 min…keep an eye on it and toss halfway throughout. You want it to be lightly browned and crispy.
Top with shaved parm and serve!
*NOTE* I used a small baking sheet, about half the size of a normal one, but I used A LOT of kale and as you can see it bakes down a lot so use plenty!

Three small stalks of celery 1 small bunch of grape
All natural PB or PB2 5 colby jack cheese cubes
