This workout is for EVERYONE, it's a great workout for those just beginning their fitness journey or for those looking to tone up! Friday's Move of the Day
These are killer! This is a really great workout to strengthen your core as you use it to lift your legs off the ground as high as you can get them. Land softly on your toes and try not to touch the mat. Try it for 30 sec!
My new favorite easy sweet treat.....
1 large grapefruit
Preheat oven to Broil at 500. Slice grapefruit in half and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a generous amount of cinnamon. Broil for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
