High Knees & Booty Kicks
Try this move rotating 10 sec high knees 10 sec booty kicks. Try to get your knees waist level using your core to pull up. When doing booty kicks get the heel all the way touching your bootay!! For more advanced, trying holding an 8-10lb dumbbell while doing them!
Ok, so now the truth....I HATE high knees. BUT.....they really work your core so well and when I consistently do them I see results. So I gotta bite the bullet and do it. I promise...it'll be worth it!
